Our regular services are as follows:
Sunday at 8am is a quiet and reflective communion service.
Sunday at 09:30 is our main parish communion service, usually communion, but the last Sunday of the month is a more contemporary Baptism service or an an opportunity to explore different styles of worship, which might include Taize, Celtic, cafe style, or healing. Children are welcome to our Sunday school, and there is also a children’s play area at the back of church. Refreshments are served after the service in our Church centre, and we have a large car park.
On the third Sunday from 3pm to 5pm we run Messy Church aimed at parents and children. This is a popular and enjoyable time with activities, games, singing and a shared meal, with a short time in church. Messy church is free and fun.
We have lots of requests for Christenings and Weddings at St Marys, and we love to offer a welcome to everyone at these important events in life. If you would like to book a Christening or a Wedding, simply pop in to church between 6:30 and 7pm any Tuesday and have a chat with the vicar.
